Our clients are a who's who of leading creative agencies and brands across the UK, from boutique and small to medium independent marketing and advertising agencies, to large, globally networked agencies.

We have built one of the most extensive networks in London and the UK, working with an array of excellent candidates and leading agencies, built from over a decade of recruitment experience, specifically in the Marketing and Advertising sector.
Our Values
We were set up with the intention of doing things differently. We understand that this has been said before, by countless businesses and with very few actually following through with what they claim to do. We are happy to say that we are in that minority.

Recruitment agencies have always worked from the "hard Sales" playbook, modelling themselves on a KPI-heavy, hard sales approach, leading to the negative image recruiters have struggled to shake. Our aim has always been to be the antithesis of this.

Our approach consists of three core values:

PEOPLE FIRST - What do our clients and candidates want? What are their aims, their likes and dislikes?

LESS IS MORE - Often in recruitment, there is a mentality of "more is more" - Candidates don't want to be bombarded with irrelevant roles, it just shows that they haven't been listened to, just as clients don't want to have their time wasted with either candidates who aren't the right experience fit and culturally not right. Taking away KPI's in this area means that our approach has the room to be measured, more precise and methodical, which leads to better hires and much smoother interview processes.

FLEXIBILITY - A controversial way to be as a recruitment agency. We have capped our fees at a competitive rate, our terms are client-friendly and it all comes down to confidence. We are confident that our candidates will stay the course, because we have listened to what they wanted and matched them with the right roles. By maintaining competitive fees, we are also demonstrating that our main aim is to make our clients/candidates happy and trust that the business will thrive as a result - people before profits.
